What are effects of using inversion table on cervical and back pain?
Inversion therapy can help a person with backpain to relieve it. But what happens is like, when a person sits upside down, or is inverted upside down, blood flows to the lower portion of the body more. The heart beat reduces, whilt blood pressure increases. The pressure around the head, especially in and around your eyes jump up dramatically. So as far as people who are affected by glaucoma, high blood pressure, or any other related conditions, it is not advisable at all.
Check out those inversion tables from https://homus.org/best-inversion-table/ I think you might find some of them interesting to you. I have been using it at home, and I feel some really relief.
